Drag Conveyors
Drag Conveyors
Use
Drag conveyors are a versatile mechanical conveyor that can be used to move everything from agricultural feed to heavy commodity products.
Mechanical components are aligned through an enclosed box or trough design and coupled with gearboxes and electric drives to drag product through the system.
Options
Whether shaft or chain mounted, KE can provide a drag conveyor solution that meets your needs.
Typically used in the food and stock-feed industries, these systems are ideal for moving product through inclines, declines and horizontal sections, using a chain to drag a series of paddle flights along the conveyor’s length. KE’s material handling expertise has seen drag conveyors developed for both fixed and portable applications.
Standard manufacture uses galvanised steel materials, however stainless steel or painted options can be produced.
