Belt Conveyors (Tubeveyors)
Use
Tubular belt conveyors or Tubeveyors as they are commonly known, are a form of belt conveyor which transports material on a belt within a tube.
They are used in both horizontal and incline applications and are suitable for carrying agri products up to a capacity of 600tph (wheat tonnes).
Tubeveyors also have the benefit of containing dust and are suitable for products requiring soft handling such as pulses and legumes.
With the belt running inside a tube, there are less idlers in use reducing maintenance costs.

KE’s specialisation in conveyors enables our team to design, manufacture and install tubeveyors to meet the client’s specific requirements.
Tubeveyors are used in the KE Wallaby range of BunkerStackers as well as in many grain processing operations.

Capacities range from 200 to 600 tonne per hour (based on aggregate density of 800 kg/m3) However any size can be MADE TO ORDER to customers’ specifications
