Apron Feeders

Use

KE supply apron feeders and/or belt feeders to quarries and the mining industry for the movement of abrasive material to stockpiles, vessel loading or for crushing.

KE feeders can be designed to accommodate any number of different materials and feed onto any type conveyor belt system for transportation or for further distribution around an operating facility.

Options

KE can supply apron feeders to transfer aggregate input materials directly into a plant for crushing or processing or alternatively to move stockpiled product to conveyors for shipping or outturn.

KE apron feeders are constructed of heavy-duty materials to ensure that they can handle the impact of large aggregate materials dumped directly on them.

Various design options are available for different product types to enable consistent flow rates of product through the Feeder.

Apron Feeder hoppers can be fitted with manual, electric or hydraulic slide gate valves to control flow rates of product.
Designed to allow optimal flow of product.
Wear plates and/or dust control baffles fitted where required depending on product
Designed to maximise Front End Loader lift and tilt functionality
Optional grizzly screens can be fitted if required
Close centred impact rollers fitted below hopper
Guarding fitted to Australian standards
