Is your business looking for a machine that will keep trucks moving, deliver a consistent stockpile profile and move along your storage pile with ease?
Are you building new bunkers and looking for a market leading stacker that will impress your stakeholders?
Perhaps your operators are working with tricky controls and you are looking for a supplier that is committed to automation and smart machines.
If these concepts resonate with you, you will be pleased with what KE BunkerStacker equipment has to offer. These machines have been designed from the ground up with easy unloading of trucks, safe and straight-forward operation and filling bunkers quickly, being foundation design principles.
Firstly, truck drivers tell us they love the long-wide ramps as they bring their multi-trailered vehicles up to the BunkerStacker. Both the incline to and decline from the dumping zone is easy to manage while the width of the ramps making small corrections possible as the trailers roll through.
Next, both operators and truck-drivers laud the large dumping zone, around six-metres, that can hold up to 12 tonne of wheat as the trailers tip off. It is an easy target for the truckies and less time on the end of a shovel for operators.
Then, watch the product disappear from the hopper on its way to the bunker, or shed, storage at between 600 and 1000 tonnes per hour. Product flow to the stacker is controlled by the operator from either side of the hopper, out of the dust, using a spring return switch to operate a flow-valve.
Or, in our latest high-capacity machines, the flow control is automated so your operators have time to engage with your customers, identify product issues and generally be more productive.
Finally, as the conveyor propels the agricultural commodity towards the stack and the discharge chute is operated to trim the pile, cleanup augers back on the hopper are engaged to clear the deck as the next trailer moves into the dumping position.
As the trucks roll past and the bunker section fills to capacity, the KE BunkerStacker needs to move to the next section of the bunker. No problem! A single operator is able to prepare the machine for the move, drive the machine along a few metres and have it ready for the next truck. All within a few minutes.
If this is the kind of smooth, no-nonsense bunker stacking operation you are after, contact us and KE will be glad to make it happen.
