The value of real estate is well understood at KE and we appreciate our customers working to maximise the capacity of their investment in bunker storage and then operating equipment to maximise utilisation of that capacity.
Delivering product, a little further to fill a wide bunker and trimming the stockpile so that it is properly filled across its entire length are both within the capability of KE BunkerStacker conveyors.
All BunkerStacker booms can be ordered with a 1.4m extension as well as a choice of a long throw deflector chute or multi-directional traditional box chute.
On KE’s largest machine, the combination of the extended boom and the long throw deflector chute will deliver product to fill bunkers that are up to 40m wide while the multi-directional traditional chute will provide both in and out load capability, especially if you are looking to fill trucks.
The boom itself can support a 640mm wide crescent topped belt to deliver up to 600 tonnes per hour capacity or a 900mm wide cleated rubber belt that will deliver up to 1000 tonnes per hour (wheat at 800kgm-3).
