Dismantle and Removal Work

The closure of Mitsubishi Motors Australia’s manufacturing and assembly plant in Adelaide required the services of a company to facilitate the expert dismantling and removal of numerous pieces of plant and equipment. Working closely with other contractors, Kilic Engineering safely and efficiently dismantled and removed conveyor systems, robots, fixtures, tanks, overhead steelwork and services from major building structures and heavy machinery across the whole site.

The major activity in the decommissioning process was the dismantling and removal of the “FAGOR” Press Line and an additional 36 x Presses from the Press Shop. Kilic Engineering was engaged by Beijing Automotive to remove, package and load the entire Press cluster ready for shipping.
